Lisa K. Nichols has been in the title industry for over 45 years. She began her career searching titles at 14, then underwriter, processor, agency manager, Tri- State Manager with Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation in New Jersey, Atlanta, GA, and Virginia. She transitioned to the front lines as owner, founder and settlement agent of Emerald Title in Haymarket, Virginia. As President and owner of Emerald, she conducted thousands of residential and commercial real estate settlements. She currently holds a Title Agent license in Virginia, North Carolina, and New York, and has been a licensed title agent and real estate agent since 1997. Lisa graduated from Virginia Tech in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management. After icreasing profitability by over 2000% over 7 years as Managing partner at Virginia Title Solutions, she longed for entrepreneurial freedom and acquired sole ownership of EnTitle First, LLC in October of 2022. She performs all closings and acts as CEO/ Owner- Manager of Entitle First, with offices in Haymarket, Warrenton and Culpeper, VA. She and her team are also e-Notary closers, providing online closings for any property in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Rebecca Lee Knupp (f/k/aMcAnallen) has been a processor and Settlement agent since 2001, primarily in Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Rappahannock and Fauquier counties. Her primary focus has always been getting people to closing swiftly and safely with as little stress as possible.
