Charles Fincher is a distinguished rated attorney with over 30 years of experience in real estate law, including residential, construction and commercial real estate transactions, building, development and land use matters, real estate tax appeals, conservation easements, and business and civil litigation. Charles is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Hampden-Sydney College and a graduate of William & Mary Law School. Charles has lived throughout Virginia and represents clients throughout the Commonwealth. He currently resides in Loudoun County with his wife, Donna E. Fincher, who is a distinguished estate planning attorney. Charles provides real estate settlement and title insurance services through Entitle First LLC and legal services through The Fincher Law Firm PLC.

Lisa K. Nichols has been in the title industry for over 45 years. She graduated from Virginia Tech in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science in Business, Management. Over her career, she has conducted thousands of residential and commercial real estate settlements and successfully negotiated hundreds of short sales. In 2023, Lisa acquired ownership of EnTitle First, LLC. She currently holds a Title Agent license in Virginia, North Carolina, and New York, and has been both a licensed title agent and real estate agent since 1997. EnTitle's team of seasoned experts perform closings throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, with offices in Leesburg, Warrenton, Middleburg and Culpeper, VA, conducting in-office, remote on-site, and online closings.

Rebecca Lee Knupp (f/k/aMcAnallen) has been a processor and Settlement agent since 2001, primarily in Culpeper, Orange, Madison, Rappahannock and Fauquier counties. Her primary focus has always been getting people to closing swiftly and safely with as little stress as possible.

A graduate of Virginia Tech with over 10 years in the title insurance industry, Alison is a uniquely talented Processor and Settlement Agent with extensive experience in residential, commercial, investor, acquisition, and construction sale and refinance transactions. She manages our Warrenton Office, conducting transaction across Virginia.
